I need to change my address!

Please contact us as soon as possible for us to update your address on the order providing the order hasn’t shipped yet. If the order has progressed beyond this point.

Does my order have a tracking number?

Tracking availability varies and will depend on the country, product type and shipping method, that has been selected with your order. Generally free shipping is untracked and express delivery will be tracked.

If your order has a tracking number, we will provide you with a email with a tracking link when your order ships.

What are your dispatch times?

Dispatch times vary between products and where your product is made due to different time zones. Most products tend to ship between 1-4 working days. But prints, posters, framed prints, canvas, phone cases and apparel normally ship within 24-48 hours.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are mainly a flat rate. But this can be based on the size of the item in select cases.

Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?

Items may have a estimated delivery time. This is give you a rough idea of how long the item takes to ship. If there is a protracted delay with your order then our customer support team will typically deal with this proactively.

Occasionally, orders do get lost in the mail – more often, we find, when being shipped untracked to less common shipping destinations. In the event that an order is not received within 30 days of ordering, we’ll be more than happy to send a replacement. Please let us know at customer.services@kieransaul.co.uk and we will make the arrangements for you.

Please note however that we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

What happens if my order is damaged in transit?

Please email us your order number and send as photos of the damaged good. Please send these to customer.services@kieransaul.co.uk
